Don't Bother: My Bad Time at the NAISI Online Store

As a working mother, I'm always looking for simple, inexpensive ways to make my house more welcoming. That's why I was so happy to find NAISI, an online shop that sells everything from kitchenware to furniture to slipcovers, all at reasonable prices. My anticipation was short-lived, however, because of my encounter with their website. To begin with, the site's poor structure and restricted search functionality made it difficult to find what I was looking for. Finding what I needed was a challenge, and when I did, the available options were uninspiring. Despite my misgivings, I went ahead and ordered a slipcover from NAISI in the hopes that it would be a simple method to give my living room a new look. That, unhappily, is far from the truth. The fabric of the slipcover I received was so thin that it hardly clung to my sofa. Also, it was much smaller than I had anticipated, thus it only covered a small portion of my sofa. The slipcover's foul odor persisted for weeks, no matter how often it was washed. I was really disappointed that my attempts to contact NAISI's customer support were met with unhelpful and condescending responses. They didn't try to fix the problem or make up for my bad service. If you're in the market for a new set of slipcovers or other household goods, I wouldn't suggest checking out the NAISI web store. Their website is confusing, they have a small range, and the quality of their goods is bad. Don't bother, there are better options out there.

Pros
  • Reasonable Costs
Cons
  • Certain goods are of poor quality.
