I put these tires on a BMW with rear wheel drive. I went to Hakka starting from the 4th model, there were 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th. Each was worth its money in full and worked 100% in the winter. Never regretted this choice. But now it is about the 9th. This is truly a top model both in the world of studded rubber and within its brand. I had a chance to compare the 8th and 9th in one day, on my own cars, I drove 100 km around the city on each and the difference is noticeable. The 9th Hakka is very tenacious everywhere, it keeps great on the ice both at the start and when braking, there are no problems at all with a hold on the ice. It also holds the car very well in corners and even allows you to exceed a reasonable limit in bad weather. But still, we must remember that it does not violate physical laws =) I like how the car accelerates over the porridge of snow and ice, there are no diggings and empty slips, there is just acceleration. Naturally, this is facilitated by the stabilization system. If you compare the 9th with previous models, then you understand the superiority on the road and in ice and snow. This is her element, clearly noticeable by the behavior, which is designed for icy roads and snow, excellent grip and handling, excellent acceleration and excellent braking. Creates confidence in the car on any road. After the season, out of 4 wheels, I lost only 1 spike, and on the front wheel. Both rear (leading) without a single loss, although skidded quite a bit and dabbled in quick starts. Also, the spikes are not erased, they have a pronounced pattern and are still sharp, easily scratched. The protector is like new. Let me remind you that the tires are made in 2022 on all 4 wheels, there is no difference from the Finnish one either in quality or in characteristics. I'll add it to the negative. Rubber does not like warm weather, it becomes soft and begins to float, in the autumn-spring period you need to be careful, especially in spring, when the sun warms the asphalt during the day and temperatures rise above 5 degrees during the day. On overtaking, stabilization often works, even with soft pedaling.
