Review on 🏠 Gocheer Upgraded 550 Sq.ft Dehumidifier for Home with Drain Hose - Ideal for Basements, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Closets, Kitchens, Garages, RVs - Efficiently Removes Humidity - 2000ML (64oz) Water Tank by Santiago Serrano

Dehumidifier was purchased on July 1st. The rear window was closed on August 6th. Stopped working on September 5th. Had trouble getting it to work with the drain hose and bucket in a smaller basement with higher humidity (leak) but after filling and draining the tank weekly since purchase it has stopped working now. . I wrote a letter to Gocheer Support regarding a warranty return. 48 hours later (and after a second request today) I have not received an answer. I'd love to update this if Gocheer decides to help. quickly. UPDATE 1, 09/22: Shortly after the above check, Gocheer contacted me and promised to replace the failed device. I received an email that an order has been placed for this. However, this order is not yet complete. so I'm still waiting for Gochir to do the job. :/ LAST UPDATE 10/03: Gocheer did a really good job (and I thank them for that). A replacement device is currently running in our basement. I hope it stays that way, but for their efforts I'm giving back 2 stars. I would still recommend Gocheer to answer warranty inquiries through their website as that is where they seem to encourage their customers to get in touch with them.
