Broke within two weeks

Easy to install and looked nice. But it broke within two weeks of using. Door was stuck. Had to remove the whole lock in order to get the door open. Super disappointed that it broke and it was outside the return window. I would have liked to have gotten my money back.

Nice handles but very strange that the deadbolt is a key on both sides. Wish I read this closer.
