Great idea! Now when I walk my dog, I just put this on and my hands are free. I also don't have to worry about my phone falling out of my pocket. I've tried running and doing some crazy dance moves and it's staying up very well. Got a big one because it was on sale but honestly I'm glad I did because it fits perfectly. I am a 25 year old female of average height. Tan lines can be a problem, but it's very pleasant.
