Well, that was a Christmas present for my wife. I own and have many Anker products. For me, they are the top brand for most of my Bluetooth accessories and speakers. Sorry but I do NOT recommend these headphones. The noise of the interface or songs or just their presence in the ears is unbearable 😫. I wanted to like them, but I can't recommend them in any way. I also have a Jabra Elite 75t. By the way, it's day and night, maybe I'm comparing two different products, but it's not a noise, because they sound normal. That hiss is annoying. Anker, I suggest you fix these headphones. I will return these updates. /01/2021: Anker contacted me to try to fix the issue or to see if I received a defective block. Turns out I had a bad block. They provided me with a new pair and yes I received the headphones and I have to say they are fantastic. They sound perfect like no other. I suspect the pair I had before were defective. But I want to thank them and the Soundcore team for their help and customer service. They support your products 100%.
