Right bud broken and returned

I've always liked Anker products but it wasn't a great experience and thought I'd review it here for others who are considering an 'updated' product. I was impressed with the packaging and presentation of the earbuds which looked brand new and identical to what I would have expected if it was normal retail packaging and not 'refurbished'. So it was a disappointment though. We couldn't get the right earbud to work, so pop both earbuds into the charger and let them charge overnight. The next day,

Well, that was a Christmas present for my wife. I own and have many Anker products. For me, they are the top brand for most of my Bluetooth accessories and speakers. Sorry but I do NOT recommend these headphones. The noise of the interface or songs or just their presence in the ears is unbearable 😫. I wanted to like them, but I can't recommend them in any way. Make sound fun again!

12 years I have been an Amazon customer and have never written a product review, never felt the need to. Today when I got my Liberty 2 ($50 extension). Loaded them up and put them in my ears. I was immediately surprised at how perfectly they fit my ear. They fit 100 percent well in your ear. Connected it to the camera and opened Spotify to test. Be silent. Very good for progressive metal.

Some complicated headphones. Maybe all noise canceling headphones are like that. I've never had a pair. I bought them for a reason and they fulfill that reason. These headphones are LOUD. I had Freedom Neos and enjoyed them until I lost them. I lost my second pair. I had 3 pairs of radios (lost 2, didn't like one) and only the anchor marks were noisy. These Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 headphones are outstanding! From loud, clear sound to battery life and comfort, they get a 9.9 out of 10 from me.
