I've always liked Anker products but it wasn't a great experience and thought I'd review it here for others who are considering an 'updated' product. I was impressed with the packaging and presentation of the earbuds which looked brand new and identical to what I would have expected if it was normal retail packaging and not 'refurbished'. So it was a disappointment though. We couldn't get the right earbud to work, so pop both earbuds into the charger and let them charge overnight. The next day, the left ear was working properly again, but the right ear immediately reported a low battery and shut down. This was even more frustrating as there were no instructions included in the package - I'm not sure the new ones have one. I downloaded the iPhone app and it didn't help at all and the online manual was sparse and written in poor English. After spending too much time buying them and then trying to get them to work I decided to cut my losses, boxed them up and sent them back for a refund. I don't think I'll be trying any more of these "updated" Anker products.
