Ordered twice, both units were very disappointing, sent back. The first device only lasted 17 hours before shutting down completely. I think the power supply may have overheated as it was very hot when unplugged. Second unit backordered; This one worked for the week I kept it, but there were a few issues with the software. The time from 24 to 12 hours does not change completely with all settings. The device stopped recording scheduled programs for no apparent reason, even if they are listed in the scheduler. Problems with a pause during recording, reached the beginning of the recording but also gave some kind of error and hung up. The PSU also got very hot, causing the fan to blow on it. Too many other quirks/issues to list.
