Happy for a while! B. on launchers, chargers and portable power supplies

This item worked very well for 4 days. Now it goes off after 10 minutes. Input 13.5 volts DC. Load less than 100 watts at 120 volts AC (output). The item is indoors and out of direct sunlight, temp 84f. I don't know who to contact for service.
