Review on 🔔 Minka-Aire F594L-PW Traditional Concept 52" Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Integrated 14W LED Light - Pewter Finish by Dorian Bharadwaj

Ordered this fan in August. We had to wait until September 7th to have it professionally installed. After a few weeks, the fan started clicking heavily. We called a handyman to look at it. He pointed out that "there is a defect in the motor mount that makes a clicking noise with every revolution". We have contacted the seller for an exchange. The seller said that we had exceeded the return window and that they would be in touch with the manufacturer. We didn't hear anything in response. Now we have a defective fan (less than a month after installation) and we've lost $349. We are disappointed with this outcome and will never buy from this seller again or buy a Minka Aire product if customers who receive a faulty product are treated this way. Please do better and do it right.
