RECEIVED RUSTY/DIRTY

Nice glass water bottle but when I received it and wanted to rinse it before use I noticed there was a thick black film of rust on the inside of the bottle from the metal bottle. Metal rotating tips and rubber inserts in the grooves. Also, all of the crystals were a disgustingly dirty black. They were so difficult to clean because they just left black rust particles floating in the water, so I'll probably be back.
