BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First, the swing is comfortable and beautiful — exactly what we needed for our deck!Second, one of my canopy pieces broke. The reason you should buy from THIS company is that they responded to my "warranty” email with an hour and only asked me to send a photo (unlike the 99 questions some companies ask to deter warranties). I did. They responded within an hour and said they would immediately ship a replacement. AMAZING!Third, I suggest tightening the nuts with a ratchet or standard drill using the ratchet sockets. It’s hard to do by hand.
