How: Uses Smart Life app. It was already on my phone. Works well with Alexa, although you can give it a name other than "Temperature". 😁 Setup is easy. Requires no batteries, has a USB port with cable included, although you will need a USB connection. I used the Smart Life app and Alexa several times once and it worked great even when I was on the go. Dislikes: Screen size is small, you have to be close to read it. However, this does not affect me personally as I use my phone to check or ask information. AlexxAddendum 11/05/2021 With a connection via Alexa, readings are sent every 30 seconds, which Alexa stores. It's a big pain to eliminate readings without eliminating all other device readings. I suggest not connecting to Alexa and just reading through the Smart Life app.
