I like that they provide great customer service! They are always willing to help you out with any issues or questions regarding their product. The app itself has many options available which makes it easy enough to use even if your not familiar yet. It can be hard at first getting used too but once you do its very simple from there after. There really isn't anything i dislike about this program as of now since we have been using them in our business (we produce radio shows). If anyone wants an awesome podcasting software system then definitely check these guys/gals up!! We've had no problems so far just happy customers who want quality products such as audioboom provides us. Our main focus right now is producing new content daily along side having fun playing games together while working remotely via Zoom meetings etc.. This helps keep everyone connected during times when social distancing would otherwise make things difficult to coordinate.
