I like that you can have multiple people in your group listen to different shows at once without having them all hear each others conversations - which makes it less awkward! It's so much easier than texting or calling with friends while listening together too because we don't need any special equipment (we're driving!). I like that they provide great customer service! They are always willing to help you out with any issues or questions regarding their product. The app itself has many options available which makes it easy enough to use even if your not familiar yet. It can be hard at first getting used too but once you do its very simple from there after.
