So far so good. We only used it once. My daughter's Italian grandmother wanted to give her a wax system similar to the one she uses. There aren't many of them. The wax will heat up in about 20 minutes. We had to put it back on the charger for a few minutes, maybe 4 times, just to keep the wax warm. Not so hot what's up. We all did our lowers and thighs so I thought it was pretty good. Make sure you angle it correctly when rolling it on your feet. You don't want it to go up and down straight, or it won't roll as smoothly and tighten the skin. I think this is a great buy because it's so much easier than using a bowl of wax and trying to smudge it with a stick. What is this madness?
