Overall, this is a functional kitty house. The one issue I have is that there are two openings. That detracts from being water proof. We are having some exceptionally cold weather. I closed the back opening with a box that exactly fits.That improved heat retention and comfort. It worked well in the cold, and the cat appeared to be comfortable. However, it would not remain dry in even moderate rain. I would rate it five stars if it only had one access door.
