My cat is not feral but when its warm or hot he likes to stay outside. So I want him to be able to keep dry. Even on my screen porch the rain will come in and he does have a pet door to enter but he likes the porch so that is were I'm keeping it. It was exactly what was advertised and I love the red and black!The only problem was trying to get the zipper started and after many attempts I gave up but being crafty I will add some type of velcro.

The hard cardboard floor piece didn’t fit properly because they cut the corners of the canvas house too short so it was hard to fit that in, which is crucial in building this house as you need it level plus you have to screw it together with the outside bottom (I needed a couple of longer screws because of the poor sewing at the corners) I could not screw in the last screw tight enough so I had to get help with the last one from my dad. The legs were difficult to get on. One has already come off and had to glue it on. Otherwise the item is fine Thanks for attention.

Love the overall design but there were no holes in flooring so had to drill them to add feet. Also cut a small hole in back to thread electric cord thru rather than go out front door (see pic).

I think I got a used house cause it had extra parts in bag not listed on paperwork. Plus no holes were drilled where supposed to be.

The outdoor cat won’t use it because the entrance is too small. I think it makes the cat feel like she won’t be able to run out fast enough if needed.

The heating pad stopped working after 2 months. Spoke to customer service and they were very quick to resolve the issue and sent me a replacement heating pad with no hesitation. I am very happy and so are the stray cats I take care of.

Just received the product. Seems to be a good product but I ordered one with the adjustable temperature heating pad with timer and did not receive that. Just a pad with a plug. Very disappointed. The top of ours does not want to be zipped on.

Like the appearance, will be used for our cat that likes the garage. Using catnip and treats to get her to try it. Should keep her safe and warm.

Overall, this is a functional kitty house. The one issue I have is that there are two openings. That detracts from being water proof. We are having some exceptionally cold weather. I closed the back opening with a box that exactly fits.That improved heat retention and comfort. It worked well in the cold, and the cat appeared to be comfortable. However, it would not remain dry in even moderate rain. I would rate it five stars if it only had one access door.

I purchased 2 of these for Kitties Onnie and Earl With Winter coming I wanted them to have a warm house.I have them on a covered porch (so can't say how they do in direct weather, but the material is nice and sturdy. the feet are optional- I did not use those and the door flap does come off- my cats were terrified of it! Smaller than I thought. Stray cat jumps on top and caves in the roof. Did not realize the one I purchased didn't have the feet to raise it off the ground. TBH, I should have spent more on the larger ones made with wood and roofing shingles.

Easy to assemble- my outdoor kitty took only a couple of days to get used to it. We placed it on a porch with an overhang so it stays dry. The heater pad inside the house is on an outside outlet and now ( winter) is always on. Product seems of decent quality, the legs don't screw in properly and bend easily. The main concern for me is that the product doesn't heat as expected. This will be hard for pets to keep warm in winter months outdoors.

I wouldn't set this up outside in the middle of a field or anything, but if it has some protection from the elements it should keep your little critters warm and dry. I have mine on a roofed porch. I covered one of the doors with a towel held in place with binder clips so it will stay warmer inside (I'm not expecting coyotes on my porch). Very easy to assemble. I feed a few stray cats and wanted them to have a warm, dry place to sleep when it’s cold. This is the perfect option.
