Our software helped us turn a mediocre process into a great one. They got rid of old fashioned paper and email templates and replaced them with online tools that give our customers real time feedback. This eliminated so many common mistakes and created consistency across our whole organization. Our software has saved us over $50K/month. Their sales engineers do an amazing job at training your employees using screencasts which help teach better than any written material. In addition they use video tutorials as well which make learning much easier then just reading something throughly. Great customer service from this group too!
