Sassy! I love this skirt.This is a nicely constructed piece. I normally wear a size 8-10 in jeans and I got a large and it fit perfectly. I am about 5'6 and the length was perfect so it didn't drag on the ground but you could hike it up or down if you needed to. I wore black tights under this for my costume and I think you would want to wear something under it because under certain lights you could probably see through the fabric. It's not cheaply made, it's just light.I love the ruffle around it, adds nice movement and some puff without being stupid. I got this in black and it has a lot of movement and detail of just folded fabric. I hiked up the skirt and let the ties hang down and that was also a really cool effect.I adore the high-low ability. You have strings to draw up the front or let it down - so you have a lot of choice in how to wear this. Seems so simple but it's really cool and allows you to really have a short skirt up front or full length or anything in between.
