I was surprised at the quality and fit of these pads. They are very beneficial and ideal for light work or "maintenance cleaning". I say it's not pejorative. of this product, but what it conveys. A family member gave us his jet ski because he no longer needed it. We usually use a regular mop as most of the house is tiled. Shortly after they got in, my kids spilled a few drops of punch in the kitchen (didn't wipe it off right away, of course, dragging the dirt over the gooey mess), and a few days went by, so I decided to use a wet blaster. The floor is about 6 feet by 10 feet and I went through two flights of stairs to clean it up. Like I said this product is a quality product, the microfiber picks up dirt, it's just the inherent "swiffer" design that you need lots of pads to be effective on large areas.
