The ability to connect with our customers from anywhere is one of my favorite features; I can be at home, in an airport or out for lunch without missing important calls! It's easy enough that anyone new could learn it quickly - but not so complex as to get lost when calling customer support teams around North America. You will need some training if you are using this service completely independently (no agent). We use the self-service option which allows us to pick up any call we want regardless where we happen to be working remotely while maintaining communication through chat / email throughout each day.
