We have previously purchased a BN LINK 3 plug smart socket and have been very happy with it. So when we needed another one, we bought their product again. Very happy with the quality of their forks. Setup was a little tricky the first time, so we watched a YouTube video, but once we connected to the Smart Life app, everything was easy. We haven't tried pairing it with Alexia yet.
