Dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged. The gloves themselves seem to compare well with the big department stores and these gloves have lasted me several winter seasons. So I hope they last as long. The construction looks and feels solid, and the strap is a nice plus. I've only had them for a week and they keep my hands warm in sub-zero temperatures. The only downside is that the length can be slightly longer at the back (towards the wrists) to cover the bare area between the end of the coat and the gloves. As I have smaller hands the gloves fit snugly in all but the fingertips so I am going to give this pair to my son and will order another pair in the next smaller size.
