After starting bread baking this year (with the rest of America, thanks Covid!), I realized I needed a few more oven bags to test my loaves. , but whatever it was, I was desperate, locked in the room, and Revane would deliver them in two days. Oooh! So I got these and they are amazing, very strong and I've used the same four over and over to help rise my bread. I also make a few spiral cut hams a year and I make them in casserole bags and I know they will be perfect. They are very strong/thick and I think they could be a great replacement for other grocery store oven bags that are much, much more expensive. I've also used them as harvest bags from my garden - lettuce, cabbage, etc - and they've kept well in the fridge for that purpose.
