Better than I expected!

Was looking for a low profile head light because I require a face shield on my hard hat. Looked long and hard with no budget in mind and kept coming back to this one because the slim design. I was ready to be disappointed because the low price but I am glad I gave it a chance. 3 months of use and works as good as the day I bought it.Pros,Price.Bright Light(wide angle)Frame of face mask passes over it.Weather proof(used in heavy rain with no problems)Motion on/off functions very well(often have dirty gloves and use this feature way more than I thought I would)Staps can be removed and replaced.Charge is decent.(It can last most of the night withmoderate use. I have 15 to 20 minutes every hour to give it a boost so it stays strong all night)ConsThe clips are not great. They unhook from the hard hat more than I like but the light did stay in place despite of this. Also, the clips are built into the adjuster which made it difficult to tighten the band and keep the clips where they need to be. I had to double loop the strap into the adjusters on the front to fix this.Rain tight plug for charging port is kind of stiff and can come out if you don't push it in tight. When It starts to die it dies fast.(maybe 15 minutes from bright to useless.)OverallGreat lightGreat priceIf you need a tight beam of light, this is NOT for you.If you need a small light plant on your head, look no further.

Pros
  • Ergonomic design allows for easy maneuverability in tight spaces
Cons
  • May attract insects due to its brightness
