Carriage needs assembly: casters need to be bolted to the frame. But the bolts don't line up with the holes in the rollers! It took me a lot of hammering and cursing to get them installed, but this company definitely needs to invest in some hole patterns! The casters themselves are pretty cheap - they work, but they squeak and spin like a misaligned shopping cart. Hard plastic wheels with no bearings, so they are noisy and hit the ground. If you put something heavy on them I suspect they would dent the softwood floor. The trolleys work and would be fine if rarely used for non-essential work, but they are far from quality class. I think you get what you pay for.
