Once you try to free the tool from its packaging, you will love it.
The customer who said the packaging on this product was idiotic was absolutely right. When you buy a tool, you don't have to struggle to get it out of the box. This tool is attached to a 4 1/2" x 6" hard plastic with no instructions on how to release the hard plastic tool. Go to the back and use a pocket knife to remove the back plastic. This will rid the tool of any sticky slime on the plastic backing.
