Effective, but has DOT labeling
I bought this for steps to increase safety at night. It works well, but I did not realize it has text written all over it (DOT C2) to indicate it is approved for vehicle use. That's great, except for the fact that it looks unattractive when you're using it on the front steps of a house. My mistake - the tape is otherwise effective, so I still give it 5 stars, but I wouldn't recommend it for residential uses where looks matter.
- Helps to reduce the risk of accidents and collisions on the road
- Adhesive layer is prone to separating from the reflective layer
