This particular worktop wasn't our first choice but it seemed "close enough" to what we were hoping for and we decided to order it. Despite the higher price, we needed a vanity top that a contractor could install as part of a bathroom renovation project. The item was poorly packaged with inadequate support/seal and was disassembled upon delivery by UPS. It's hard to tell at what point along the way the damage occurred, but if it had been properly packaged it might have had a chance of surviving the journey. The next day, UPS is "reassembled piece by piece”. At first we decided to send a replacement, but then we decided not to wait the advertised 7-10 days for delivery of another one. Since the chances of it arriving in good condition seemed rather slim, we canceled this order. Now we are waiting for the relaunch of our money.
