I was surprised how clearly I could hear things while using this device. I wasn't sure what to expect from something that looks like a pair of airpods, but they really do work. What's even better is that they appear to have built in noise cancellation so unwanted background "white noise" sounds are filtered out. They do take a while to get used to as you also amplify noises you make while wearing them (so moving something on the desk, moving my chair etc) but you get used to it after a while.The app you download comes with a built in hearing and fit test to ensure you get the best audio quality possible. It also lets you chart your hearing tests so you can see if your hearing is staying the same or even declining.All in all, I would really recommend this headset if you have difficulty hearing. The instructions are very well laid out and easy to understand and that made a huge difference.What was really surprising is that it's also a bluetooth audio headset so you can listen to music over the headset while having people's voices made clear. I was not expecting that at all. Perfect 5 stars for this headset!
