I like that you are able find everything in one place so there's no need searching through different tabs or apps! It would also help if they had more features available such as creating custom dashboards etc - but this isn't too much work once your familiar with how things operate here (it took me about 30 minutes).

Great tool when we have large events coming up where our team will travel from multiple states/countries away!! We're using pitcher at my current job because most other tools don’t offer what pitchers does which includes scheduling meetings between agents across time zones without having them physically meet eachother face2face while still being connected via video conferencing technology.
