I actually bought this for my daughter who needed some basic hand tools for assembly and repairs. So I know how important a strong hammer is. This hammer has a solid feel and is comfortable to hold and use. Place nails in many applications nowadays. But I think this hammer is well made and fairly well balanced so for a limited amount of use it should be reasonably comfortable to use and the head should stay firm and secure. The grip is quite comfortable and I don't think it gets slippery or blisters even after hours of hammering nails.
