The best part about working for this organization was being able to see how much of an impact I could make in such little time! We were given so many tasks each day which kept us busy but also allowed me plenty of room to grow professionally since there are always more things you need to learn or improve upon within any job position. Sometimes my manager would give out assignments he didn't have confidence enough to complete himself. This made him feel like less than his staff members who had been doing them longer without issue. If someone has no experience they should be assigned something simple first before anything too complex comes along otherwise the employee will get frustrated very quickly especially if management doesn’t step into help solve issues. It's important to work hard every single shift even though some days may seem tedious due to having nothing left to accomplish however overtime pay helps ease those concerns somewhat. There really isn't one thing i dislike specifically other then maybe getting stuck behind.
