I was a bit skeptical but decided to give it a try because of the price. When ordering I had problems with a stiff neck. I think it's mostly due to improper sleep. I used it the morning after he arrived to work on problem areas in my neck and it was great! It definitely helped a lot and my pain was completely gone within the next hour. Now I always reach for it when my neck goes numb. I've found that I don't actually "roll" it or "squeeze" the device, just find the right spot(s) and apply pressure. Maybe a bit of rolling or squeezing, but what works for me is applying pressure. I'm very glad I got this and have it for those times when my neck is a bit stiff.
