After comparing similar but cheaper alternatives, I decided to go with the originals. I first became aware of Teva sandals about 40 years ago when I was on a summer beach vacation as a teenager (yes, you see my age). My cousin lent me a pair. At the time I was impressed by the Velcro, innovative design and style. Now it's very common, but 40 years ago it was cool. They are still true to what I remember. Excellent fit and finish. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. The cool factor disappeared as everyone copied the style. But for me, the good memories they bring are priceless. I cannot guarantee that they will bring you happy summer memories at the beach, but I can assure you that they will bring you great and comfortable shoes.
