The customer service is amazing. They will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I have used several other product like this and it's always seemed to be very difficult for customers to get a refund from a company that was less than helpful to begin with. I cannot think of anything that I would complain about. I have been using this product for about two years now and I have no complaints. It is by far the best product that I have used. I highly recommend this product. I am helping to run my practice and the customers are happy because they are getting excellent service and help. I like that it allows users to create their own forms to document patient visits. There are some problems with scheduling appointments, but ClinicPro has been working on those issues. It's quick and easy to use. If you need an application where you can fill out your own forms and send them directly to patients, this is the program for you. I've made the switch from paper charts to electronic records, which has been very helpful.
