Review on Mobility Lacrosse Balls Set By WODFitters - Includes Free Mobility Training Guide & Carrying Bag by George Bell

I got these balls to help relieve some trigger points in my shoulder. Before ordering them I was using a pink rubber hi bounce ball and it just wasn't getting the job done. I found WODFitters mobility balls and decided to give them a try. I've been using them now for about 2 weeks and I love them. They are hard enough to really hit the trigger point to help work it out. I take them with me to work and basically anywhere else I go. I don't leave home without them. The carrying case is so helpful in keeping them all together and accounted for.
