My bed looks great! I had trouble sleeping so I wanted to upgrade my bedding to make it more comfortable. I have a type of mattress that has springs and a mattress together, so it's really thick. This is a queen but I ordered a king so keep that in mind when ordering. This goes for any brand you buy from. I haven't washed mine yet, so I can't comment on that. The pillowcases feel great on my face and my acne is gone. I recently got skin problems and these pillowcases were recommended to me. I also didn't put anything in the duvet cover or there is no filler. I use it as is and I love it. I highly recommend it but make sure your nails or your husband's are filed or you are wearing socks as they will snag on the fabric.
