Gorgeous dress in unique color; a few quality control issues

I wore this incredible dress for a Roaring 20's themed Murder Mystery Dinner and really liked it. The color was more unique than all the black dresses in the room, and I paired it with a pink fascinator hairpiece, black crochet tights, and black strappy mid-height heels (see my reviews for other items to pair with this amazing dress!). The design was so pretty and I loved how the fringe swished when I walked (we unfortunately did not dance but I really hope we get to go to another dress up party so we can!).I have a few complaints: there were a LOT of hanging threads I had to cut off, mostly in the armpits; there were a few fringe so long they obviously were not cut properly - one from the top row went longer than the bottom row!; the fringe kept getting stuck to the sequins that lines the dress directly above the fringe; and the worst issue, the liner was not attached to the over-dress in any way, so I had to keep adjusting the zig-zag hem all night. I will say I did not notice any beads or fringe that fell off. These are kind of minor issues, and I'm sure you could fix them with a small amount of sewing experience, however I feel you should be getting a much better finished garment for what this product is listed at cost-wise. Overall I was very happy with the dress, just these small things that you should know going into it.
