Review on Truck Parts Rectifier Regulator Commercial by Sean Young

Received it for the first time it was great. installed it on my garden tractor JD 330, it seems to work fine. After 3 months of use, I noticed that the battery indicator is dim. I have checked all wiring and grounding to the battery light bulb and everything is fine. Ignition switch wiring checked, all ok, B+ on regulator and regulator ground checked, all ok. Faulty controller installed. Removed it and it smelled burnt. Went through Revain and got a replacement honey Plugged in the battery light glows even dimmer than the original! Checked all cables, everything is fine. I checked the charge voltage and while it charges properly at 14V I don't trust it without the work light circuit. The old unit charged at 17V when I had no load (PTO on or headlights on). I sent the regulator back for a refund. The quality control seems to be lacking and I no longer trust this brand.
