The first didn't cut his hair. GENERAL!
I had to return this product and order a new one. My wife said "I was stupid" to reorder because the first one didn't get a haircut. GENERAL! But I liked the way it was done and I love the backlight. I wanted him to trim his ears and mustache. Which he does pretty well. Not for heavy cuts. I wasn't stolen. So far, but I was wary after reading other reviews. Worth the price so far!
