Well these towels really impressed me. I used to use at least 10-15 paper towels a day. Now I use the same reusable 2-3 days! I just use it and rinse with warm, sometimes soapy water, wring it out and hang it on the oven door handle to dry. It literally dries up in about an hour and you're walking again! I use it to wipe down almost everything in the kitchen: countertops, fridge, hob, table. That's the only thing that worries me. I've used traditional paper towels to pat dry raw chicken breasts before cooking in the past, but I'm unsure of the potential for contamination from use. So I still use ordinary paper towels for this purpose. My dishwashing detergent is antibacterial, so I suppose I can wash it in hot water with some soap? Throughts? Even when I use regular chicken paper towels, I still save a ton by using bamboo towels for everything else!
