Dehydrator works very well, easy to use. I'm worried about the construction, it's plastic and not very durable. I am afraid that the door will not withstand the frequent opening and closing. I may have misread the description as stainless steel is BPA free so I was expecting the device to be metal. SS shelves and groceries don't stick to it. I've tried a few things, jerky and herbs, and both have turned out to be good. The fan is relatively quiet. The block itself is large. Haven't decided yet if I'll keep it.
