OTC products have let me down with this product

I have other OTC products that have worked for me but this one did not live up to expectations. It has only been used a few times and the tips of the jaws twist and curve. I contacted OTC but they don't give any guarantee because it was bought here. I'm still within the window to return to Revain so this is happening. Disappointed and move on.
