This is a life savior! I always have trouble sleeping, usually because of my anxiety and due to overthinking. A friend of mine recommended for me to try weighted blanket and so I gave it a go! I was so surprised and still couldn't believe that ever since I used this, I am actually sleeping comfortably and no more sleep troubles. I can now sleep right away within 10minutes after closing my eyes unlike before where it takes at least 2-3 hours, crazy and unbelievable but it's true. I always woke up very tired and weak but now I feel so active and have more energy. I still don't understand the science behind this and how amazing that it actually works, I mean how can a simple blanket help you sleep- but it's possible! I'm just really impressed!
