Review on DEWALT DWPVTC14 14 Piece Pivot Holder by Derrick Shah

I use this bit holder on my cordless screwdriver all day, every day. The turning function saves me the hassle of changing tools in many situations. I have to turn a lot of screws to work with the jigs and this one stays on the screwdriver unless I need a shorter adjustment. There is another very similar panning screwdriver from Dewalt, but the head falls out of the straight position too easily. slipped on it without a lock. I thought they changed it (for the worse) after my last one broke (after about 1 year) and the replacement I bought was slightly different. Didn't realize I bought the non-impact version. It was still my favorite bit holder. The rotation function is very useful in my work. This impactor has a magnet or spring strong enough to keep it straight without having to lock it. Once it breaks I can usually just fold it back straight and never use 2 hands. This small difference saves me a few movements, and it really helps in the difficult positions I have to work in. I wish they would sell it for a few bucks less without the bit pack since I have dozens of them now. Short bits are difficult to remove from the holder with wet or greasy hands.
