I would give zero if I could

Damaged. Obviously it wasn't a new product, just new to me (and joked about me too). Apparently it had fallen from some height as the shower head outlet was dented making it impossible to pour copper into it. I used the threaded option (not my first choice) because I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. The Delta R10000 is a great valve, but note that this supplier does not explicitly inspect returns for damage. I haven't had a blood pressure test yet so we're hoping for the best.
