Review on ⚡️ Powerful Schumacher SC1308 Battery Charger & Engine Starter - 2/12/30/100A, 6V/12V by Tyler Parker

This charger was purchased in February 2020. It worked fine until this month when it stopped working properly. Full charging of the batteries has stopped. I called support and tried to explain what was going on. The gentleman on the phone kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me explain. He then demanded that I run a test procedure on my VOM and the battery. During the test I described the readings and pictures I received and he said that everything was fine with the charger, it was the battery and that if there was a problem he would call it back. Before calling them, I hooked up the SC1308 charger to one of my lawnmowers that had been sitting all winter and let it charge overnight. The battery has never been charged. I connected my old Schaur charger to the battery and let it charge for the rest of the day. It was fully charged and worked perfectly. The battery is a few months over a year old. The same thing happened to my utility tractor battery and my truck battery. I would NOT recommend this product. If you are unfortunate enough to have a Schumacher product, do not rely on customer service to help you. All I wanted was a returns number so I could send it back for them to check. Now all I have is a $90 boat anchor.
